MyPlumber Glasgow provides plumbing, heating, repair, installation and emergency call-out services. All services are subject to availability and a written or verbal agreement of scope.

Warranty and Liability:

Labour is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials. We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Payment:

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer or cash. Late or unpaid invoices may be subject to further action.

Quotations and Bookings:

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is based on the information provided and may change if the job scope changes or hidden issues are discovered on site. We may request a deposit for selected jobs, materials or special-order items.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. For booked appointments or special-order work, cancellation charges may apply where costs have already been incurred.

Consumer Rights:

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law. Services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, and for a reasonable price where not otherwise agreed.
